Specialist Trauma Counselling

Trauma counselling is a specialist form of therapy that supports people who have experienced sexual trauma. It offers a safe, confidential space to explore the emotional impact of trauma, understand how it may be affecting daily life, and learn ways to cope with symptoms such as anxiety, flashbacks, or emotional numbness.

What kind of support do we offer?

We provide one‑to‑one counselling for individuals affected by rape, sexual violence, or child sexual abuse. Support is tailored to your personal experiences and needs, allowing you to work at your own pace. How much do I have to share?

When you attend counselling with us, you are always in control of your own story and the pace at which you wish to share your experiences. Our counsellors will never pressure you to discuss anything you are not comfortable talking about. You have complete autonomy over what you choose to share in each session, ensuring that your boundaries are respected at all times.
